Experimental Study on Bonding Performance between Prestressed Concrete Pipe Piles and Core Grout

چکیده

To make the bearing capacity tests safer and more affordable for prestressed high-strength concrete (PHC) piles, this paper proposes a reaction device anchor piles filled with core grout based on geometric mechanical characteristics of PHC piles. The proposed has advantages convenient construction, strong controllability connection quality low cost. In addition, pile will not experience prestress unloading or tensile stress under effect upward pulling load. promote application developed tests, experimental studies are conducted bonding performance between inner wall pile. influence various factors such as strength grout, grouting length, curing time, diameter bond investigated. Results show that increases, decreases maximum difference 5%. length gradually stabilizes, no than 10% minimum values. higher is, greater is. increases increase time within 28 days curing, at 3 meets requirements test.
